Processing shortly after harvest preserves the naturally high antioxidant levels and yields a well-balanced, extra fresh oil, that is bright, peppery, and ideal for daily cooking. This spray oil is100% pure oil, non aerosol with no propellants or chemical additives. Our spray can utilize a BPA-free bag with just canola oil and lecithin, surrounded by compressed air to deliver clean ingredients without harm to the environment.
