One of Mexico's most beloved chilis and traditionally used in moles, this heirloom GUAJILLO CHILI POWDER is made from sun-ripened mirasol peppers. Our partner farmer Don Jes ̇s uses traditional sun-drying methods that heighten the chili's floral, fruity sweetness and its spicy, warm aroma. Cooking Tips: Stir into salsas, stews, and sandwich spreads, or use in spice rubs for fish and chicken.

Oil & Vinegar bottles cannot be in extreme temperatures.
