Our locally-grown chilies are harvested and dried at their peak of freshness to ensure the highest quality and flavor possible. Blend into powders, add whole into stews, sauces, soups, salsa, and chili. Rehydrate in warm water and enjoy ultra-fresh pepper flavor, even out of season.
A few ideas from the test kitchen:
- Use interchangeably in recipes calling for fresh chilies
- Add to mild, store-bought salsas for a boost in heat and flavor

Receipt is required for all returns/exchanges/transactions.
Food Products:
We do not accept returns on oils, vinegars, or food products.
Oil & Vinegar bottles cannot be in extreme temperatures.
(i.e. left in a cold or hot car for extended periods of time)
Exchange or store credit on unopened food items within 14 days with receipt only.
Other Products:
Exchange or store credit within 30 days with receipt.
We will only accept unopened and unused merchandise
unless a manufacturer’s defect occurs
All sale items are final sale.
